Show Your Picture and Google Plus Profile link in Google Search

1. Login in your Blogger Account  
   
   
   
   
2. After Login you land on the Blogger Dashboard .
   
   
   
   
3. Now if you don't do it before then you get "Connect with Google+" option .
   
   
   
   
   
4. Now click on Get Started.
   
   
   
   
5. If you not able to see this option click here for Direct process
   
   
   
   
6. Now You got an option "To link your blog with your Google+ account, you’ll need to replace your Blogger profile with your public Google+ profile."
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Check the "Check Box" shown in picture as 1 arrow and then click on "Switch Now" as 2 arrow in
   
   picture.
   
   
   
   
8. Now After this you have to Re-Login to your Blogger Account .
   
   
   
   
9. Now you get an message "You are now using a Google+ profile on your blogs."

That's All , Now after 5-10 Days Google automatically show your picture and Google Plus Profile link with your Blog Search .
