Call "198" and "Select Language if asked" then after this Press "4" , Now your call transfer to customer care free of cost.



Note:- You can call at max 2 times a day, if u call 3 time in a single day then your number will be blocked for this service for 7 Days.







TATA DOCOMO:- How to call free to customer care .

  • Dial "198" select language if asked  then press "2" after that press again "2" then press "1" and after this press "9"



    e.g. dial 198 then press => 2,2,1,9



    Now your call transfer to customer care service.
